As part of its growth strategy, the company was considering the establishment of Research and Development (R&D) operations in Bulgaria. This move aligned with its commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements and fostering global collaboration since Europe has emerged as a hub for cutting-edge research and innovation in recent years.

Outcome

Commencing a pilot project and MVP, we incorporated our initial team of dedicated engineers into the company’s framework, and assumed responsibility for advancing the Estimating domain. This involved establishing a dependable, long-term relationship with the client. Through extensive collaboration with our partner, we not only met but consistently surpassed the client’s expectations. By the end of the first year, our team had expanded to encompass more than 40 highly skilled professionals, solidifying our position as the go-to resource for fulfilling new staffing needs within the company.
