For me, switching off doesn’t mean doing nothing – it means moving.
I spend a lot of time being active – running, training, playing football, cycling, or just going to the mountains. It helps me reset and clear my head.
I’m also curious about the world beyond business. I follow global geopolitics and enjoy understanding how different systems and decisions shape what’s happening around us. And when it comes to sports, Formula 1 is something I always come back to – the mix of strategy, precision, and speed is hard to ignore.
The simplest moments are usually the most important – long walks with my dog Toby after a heavy day, or spending time outside with family and friends.
I also love traveling and discovering new places – it gives me perspective and keeps me grounded.
