2. Website information and enquiries
Our website describes software development, consulting, design, staff augmentation and related services. Content is general information. An enquiry, contact-form submission or discussion does not by itself create a service contract, employment relationship or commitment to deliver a project.
Service scope, fees, payment terms, delivery dates, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality, support and liability are agreed in a separate written agreement, statement of work or other expressly accepted contract. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, that agreement governs the relevant services. Product platforms linked from this website may have their own terms.
